Anastasiia's Success Story

Anastasiia came to Calgary Career Hub in May of 2024, feeling a bit lost. She had arrived in Canada just a few months earlier and was struggling to find a job in the IT field. She knew she was skilled, but the Canadian job market was new and confusing to her. Her goal was to learn more about navigating the Canadian job market to secure employment as quickly as possible in her area of expertise.

With the help of the team at Calgary Career Hub, Anastasiia started to learn the ropes. She attended workshops, practiced interviewing, and built her resume, even requested additional meetings with her Career Advisor in order to leverage the training so she would be an excellent candidate for potential employers. She was eager to learn and worked hard to improve her job-hunting skills.

Anastasiia's dedication paid off as she landed a job as a Senior Business Analyst through a recruiting agency. She was very happy and grateful for the support she received from Calgary Career Hub.
